Against Humanity Zimbabwe (CAHZ) - How You Can Help Now !
Mahatma
Gandhi said :
"You must be the change you want to see in the world,"
and this is
especially true when it comes to justice.

CAHZ has interviewers on the ground who are compiling evidence,
and we have other NGOs who share their data with us.
But, to build a case against any individual, we need lots of evidence,
corroborating their actions.
Take for example the case of *Philip, an MDC supporter in Mutare. On the night of 22 December, 2003, state agents, wearing plain clothes, and carrying no warrant or ID, raided his home, beating Philip and his wife. Philip's foot was broken in the raid, but when he tried to track the perpetrators, he got nowhere.
However, we recorded his case. Some months later, we met another woman who had been raided on the same night, less than a kilometre from Philip's home, and about 15 minutes after the agents had finished with Philip.
She recognised one of the men who was from her rural home. Using
her case, we were able to assume that the same man had been present
when
Philip was attacked. And, slowly, we have started piecing together
what happened that night, and who was involved.
Your story may hold the key to one or more other cases, but it
will only help if you share that information with us.
